Terms of Partnership
- The way campaigns are set up for the client is the intellectual property of PetronGroup, and upon termination of the cooperation, PetronGroup has the right to delete them. The client does not have the right to copy the campaign settings.
- The client must not directly interfere with PetronGroup campaigns in systems entrusted to PetronGroup by the client. In case of interference by the client with these settings, PetronGroup does not guarantee the delivered results.
- The client is obliged to notify the termination of cooperation at least 30 calendar days before access is revoked. Notice of termination of cooperation is considered in an electronic form of communication that leaves an electronic trail accessible to both parties - primarily email or possibly SMS. Oral or telephone termination of cooperation is not sufficient and must be confirmed in an electronic form that leaves a trail. In case of access revocation in violation of this clause, the client is obliged to pay a fine of 1,000 EUR excluding VAT.
- Client requests for launching new campaigns/creatives will be processed within 3 working days from the day the request is received in electronic form (email).
- In case of a delay in invoice payment by 1 day, PetronGroup suspends work on the project until the owed funds are credited to the PetronGroup account.
- In case of a delay in invoice payment by 7 days, PetronGroup suspends the campaigns on the project until the owed funds are credited to the PetronGroup account.
- PetronGroup undertakes to perform all work for the client that was agreed and approved at the beginning of the cooperation, and the fulfillment conditions of which were confirmed by both parties in electronic form (email). Additional work requested by the client that was not agreed upon in advance is priced separately. The fulfillment conditions are also set separately.
- Both the client and PetronGroup commit not to disclose or use any commercial and/or production information learned during the business cooperation. They will not disclose or use any information, customer databases of the other party, or contacts within it, the other party's pricing policy, marketing strategy, information about concluded contracts and suppliers of the other party, the operation method of the other party's enterprise, strategic decisions, and business intentions of the other party.
